Baserri Ulle Gorri, rural hamlet in Untzaga / Unzá, is ideal for traveling as a family or with a group of friends. This typical Basque farmhouse has been rehabilitated as a full rental house and has a capacity for 10 people.

NATURE & SPORTS /

In wild nature. Baserri Ulle Gorri is located in the municipality of Urkabustaiz, a place unknown to many. Plains and high landscapes that allow a spectacular panoramic view of the mountains and mountains that surround it. Between ravines, on cliffs that fall to the void, the lands settle down creating a gigantic meadow that a mosaic of walls grids organizing a beautiful drawing of pastures. Sierra and wolves area, the farmhouse is surrounded by three natural spaces of the Natura 2000 Network: the Gorbea Natural Park, the Arkamo-Gibijo-Arrastaria mountain ranges, and the oak groves of Urkabustaiz.

Hiking and Nordic Walking. From Baserri Ulle Gorri you can participate in different hiking and Nordic walking routes. Among others, the Fuentes del Nervión and the Los Lobos Trail; Going up the Nervión; the Itxina massif; or the Water Route.

Wineries and Vineyards. Discover the aromas and landscapes of Rioja and taste the txacolí, the white wine of the Basque Country.

Beach. At just over an hour you can enjoy the sea and the waves on the beaches of the Urdaibai Biosphere Reserve, such as Laida or Laga, as well as in Baquio, Bermeo, Mundaka or Lekeitio.

Art. Art also has its space in Baserri Ulle Gorri, with a work created by 4 renowned artists, belonging to the Gernika 2017 exhibition of the MH Art Gallery in Bilbao, as well as the impressionist photographs that decorate the walls.
