Children of all ages are welcome to the Errota-Barri rural house. Its spacious rooms, some with single beds or with a sofa bed, allow families to stay comfortably. In addition, the kitchen, the living room, the porches and the huge garden are ideal for a getaway with children, preparing the food you want or playing freely outside.

NATURE, SPORTS & ADVENTRE /

Natural spaces. Errota-Barri is located in a rural area of the municipality of Mungia, at the foot of Mount Jata, surrounded by fields, streams, forests and hamlets. Located in the Uribe Kosta area, it is very close to the Urdaibai Natural Park. The natural park is structured around the estuary of Gernika or Mundaka, and forms a spectacular beach at its mouth (Laga) and a unique ecosystem, with a wetland where you can observe migratory birds.

Beaches. The house is located a few kilometers from the Basque coast and fine sand beaches, such as Bakio, Plentzia, Sopelana, Laga (all less than 20 km), some known because their waves attract a lot of surfers.

Horse trails. In the Equestrian Club of Butrón.

Watersports. Surfing, boat trips, observation of cetaceans, kayaks, sailing, diving, canoes ...

Active turism. Hiking, bike routes, 4x4 vehicle routes, balloon flights, trekking, great routes ...

LEISURE & CULTURE /

Peoples of the Basque coast. In Mungia you can start a nice route by car along the Basque coast. You can not miss towns such as Armintza, Bermeo, Mundaka, Bakio or San Juan de Gaztelugatxe, which stands out for the islet where the hermitage dedicated to San Juan, from the 10th century, is located.

Ethnography. Landetxo Goikoa, is the oldest baserri (farmhouse) of Bizkaia, from the 16th century, located in Mungia / Routes by the hermitages, housing mills, Urgoiti Palace, the Mungia water mills, etc.
