Rusticae Selección de Calidad S.L. (LLC) is an international Quality Club subject to Spanish law. It categorizes independent establishments with regard to Rusticae. Each establishment assumes and takes responsibility for the management of the applied laws, which concern the clients, associates and even third-party members. Rusticae Viajes is a travel agency that operates Rusticae’s phone reservation center. Rusticae collaborates with booking.com to create the online reservation process at www.rusticae.es. Booking.com is the leading online hotel reservations platform. Thanks to this collaboration, we can offer an online reservation center service with the best price guaranteed.

The Scope of the Services

  • Management of reservations by telephone and third-parties: Management of reservations by telephone and third-parties: From the moment in which an intermediate company or client makes a reservation using our telephone reservations center, Rusticae Viajes acts only as an intermediary between the customer and the establishment, transmitting the details of the reservation to the establishment and sending the customer a confirmation email on behalf of the establishment.
    The contract is perfected from the moment the client makes the booking. Rusticae Selección de Calidad and Rusticae Viajes are not responsible in any case for possible detrimental consequences related to the provision of services to the distinct establishments.
  • Online reservation management: Through our partner booking.com, hotels advertise their rooms and visitors to our website can make reservations directly on www.rusticae.es. When booking through booking.com, the customer enters into a contract directly with the hotel booked. Rusticae and Booking.com are mere intermediaries between the hotel and the client, transmitting data to the hotel and sending the booking confirmation to the client.

For bookings made directly by the client with one of Rusticae’s Quality Club member establishments, general and specific conditions will be indicated by the establishment, as the client-establishment transaction does not involve the participation of neither Rusticae Selección de Calidad nor Rusticae Viajes.

Our services are only for personal and noncommercial use. Therefore, it is prohibited to resell, use, copy, monitor (eg spider, scrape), display, download, reproduce or create deep-links with any content or information, software, products or services available on our website for any commercial or competitive activity.

General information and prices

The rates that are presented on the page of each establishment collect forks of the minimum and maximum prices according to the room type and the distinct seasons that the establishment has. In order to find out the exact price of the room, you must search for its availability on our website or call our reservation center. The information shown is based on the information provided to us by the establishments.

The establishments have access to an extranet, through which they must update the rates, the availability and other information that appears on our website and on booking.com. Although we do our best to make our service as accurate as possible, we cannot verify or guarantee that our information is exact, complete or correct. We also cannot take any responsibility for errors (including calculation and spelling errors), internet interruptions (due to the temporary and/or partial crashing of the server or to website repair, updates and maintenance or to other reasons), inaccurate, misleading, false or lack of information.

The establishment is responsible at all times for the accuracy, precision and correctness of information (both descriptive and regarding rates and availability) displayed on our website. All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. The hotel reserves the right to charge the amount of the first night as a deposit at the time of the booking confirmation.

Cancellation Policy Information

When making a reservation at a hotel, the customer accepts the cancellation and no show (not presenting oneself) conditions, as well as other additional terms and conditions of the establishment that can affect the reservation or the stay.

This includes the services and/or products offered by the property (consult the establishment for the exact delivery terms and conditions). The general cancellation and no show conditions for each establishment are available on our website, as well as in the establishment’s information webpage, during the reservation process and in the confirmation email.

It should be noted that certain rates or special offers do not permit changes or cancelations and the fine print should be read carefully before booking. If you wish to review, modify or cancel a reservation, you must follow the instructions indicated on the website or in the confirmation email.

As a general rule, an establishment’s cancellation fees are: within the 48 hours before the arrival date, 100% of the first night if the reservation is for less than three nights and 50% of the booking if it exceeds three nights. These are also applicable for cancellations made during the stay without having stayed the entirety of the reservation. Each Rusticae establishment associated to the club can have different cancellation policies and seasons, in general or for a concrete rate or date. In any case, the applicable cancellation policy is stated during the reservation process and appears in the booking confirmation. Rusticae reserves the right to modify any of the matters contained in these cancellation policies or general conditions of the contract, as it deems necessary, informing users of the changes made through our website: www.rusticae.es.

Additional terms

Note 1: for bookings made directly with the hotel or Rusticae, the hotel will specific its specific cancellation conditions at the moment of the contract, Rusticae will not take any responsibility for said reservations.

TO MAKE A RESERVATION ON LINE, THE CUSTOMER ACCEPTS THAT HE/SHE WILL BE SENT TWO EMAILS: ONE A LITTLE BEFORE THE RESERVATION ARRIVAL DATE TO THE ESTABLISHMENT AND ANOTHER AFTER HIS/HER STAY TO PROVIDE HIM/HER WITH A QUALITY SURVEY TO OBTAIN HIS/HER OPINION. IN THE EVEN THAT HE/SHE AGREES TO RECEIVE OFFERS, HE/SHE MAY BE SENT EMAILS THAT CONTAIN OFFERS AND OTHER INFORMATION THAT MAY BE OF INTEREST.
