Hotel La Ermita Suites Córdoba is a Rusticae accommodation in the heart of Cordoba, a few metres from the Cathedral Mosque, which groups together three small historic buildings: the Ermita de la Concepción, from 1700, listed monument, Baroque style and closed to worship at the end of the 19th century, the Casa del Santero who looked after the hermitage, from 1753 and on its side facade, a tenement house, with a large horseshoe arch, which was the main entrance to a public market, inaugurated on 21 February 1878.

The walls of Hotel La Ermita Suites Córdoba reflect the heritage of the cultures that have marked the history of the city: Romans, Arabs, Jews and Christians have left their mark here.

Centuries of history can be breathed here, with the oldest document found to date dating back to 1412, a contract of donation of the house-shop to the Cabildo of the Cathedral of Cordoba, in exchange for the burial of its owners in the Cathedral Mosque.

Thanks to the exhaustive work of restoration and rehabilitation of the building, Hotel La Ermita Suites Córdoba is the first and only tourist accommodation in Cordoba with the Speciality of Monument granted by the Regional Ministry of Tourism, which makes it a unique establishment in the Jewish quarter of Cordoba. The project has involved historians, restorers from the Cathedral Mosque, restorers from the Prado Museum, the University of Cordoba, the Laboratory of Judeo-Converso Studies of Cordoba, decorators and craftsmen, among others, trying to recover the essence, uses and history of the three buildings over the last centuries.

The six rooms of Hotel La Ermita Suites Córdoba have all the comfort and facilities of this century, but preserving the essence and history of the building. The Well Room, presided over by an old well, discovered and recovered during the refurbishment and incorporated into the room. All of them have a camouflaged kitchen and views of the capital of Cordoba.

One of the rooms at Hotel La Ermita Suites Cordoba, the Superior Room, is adapted for people with reduced mobility and is the only establishment in Cordoba that has the ONCE Beepcon system incorporated into its facilities.
