Finca Briabí is a project born in 1970, when businessman Manuel Paramés built a residential complex to enjoy vacations with family and friends. In 2019, the Finca is open as a rural accommodation, after 2 years of renovations, with a very clear value proposition: offering a tourist model that positively impacts on guests, on local community and also on the planet.
The farm, lodge style, has more than 30,000 m² and is located in the countryside, in the town of La Cañiza. There are 2 spacious villas and 5 independent apartments. Outside there is a magnificent natural 500 m² pool, a certified organic garden and a happy animals area. As common areas, they have a cellar, paddle tennis court and an outdoor "Zen" space for events.
It has 2 villas and 4 independent apartments. The largest villa is a Casona with capacity for up to 8 people, is perfect for a large family. With a classic decoration and a lot of personality, it has 2 outdoor terraces with an outdoor fireplace/barbecue overlooking the garden and the natural pool. Inside, there is a kitchen, a splendid dining room with fireplace, and two living rooms, one also with a fireplace, to enjoy by the fire at the end of the day.
The other villa is for up to 6 people and has a totally different updated rustic style. It is ideal for a family or group of friends, with views to the gardens, a natural pool and the bridge that crosses it. It also has a kitchen, a lounge with a fireplace inside, and outside also has a fireplace / barbecue, a Brazilian hammock to relax and even a shower.
The 4 independent apartments are perfect for a couple and some may also accommodate a family of up to 2 children. All apartments have beds and sofa beds, a kitchen, a private bathroom, outdoor terrace with bonfire / barbecue, and views of the gardens.
