A perfect weekend
You wake up with the deep sense of calm and silence after having had a deep and restful night sleep in what have been described as "very comfortable beds". You have chosen to participate in a Yoga session, so you head out to the Pagoda for a gentle and invigorating yoga session. After that, you have a shower and you head towards our dining room to eat the most amazing "farm to table", organic, home made, local and seasonal breakfast with the sound of gentle jazz playing in the background.
After that, you take a long long walk around the property and towards the small river, accompanied by the dogs (if you like dogs, if not, they will not come with you). You then come back and as you have booked for lunch, you sit at the outside dining area in front of the swimming pond and as you wait for the buffet to be ready, you chat with a fellow guest or you enjoy the calming sound of the sounds coming from the pond - if it is warm enough, you are actually inside the swimming pond, feeling the silky sense of completely natural water on your skin.
After lunch, you head towards the cute town of Serpa where you walk around the castle grounds and the white house alleys. You have signed up for a transformational Breathwork session, so you come back for that and in this session you let go of unwanted and not longer useful behavioural patterns and limiting beliefs. After the strong emotional release, you are ready for a warm and home made meal to then sit on the comfortable sofas, reading a good book and fully integrating your Breathwork experience. You go to bed early ready for next day after having gazed at a spectacular starry sky with no light pollution.
The next day, again, you join the Yoga class and after that the deep tissue massage before heading to breakfast. You have chosen to fully relax these days, as your intention for this weekend is not to fill up the days like you usually do, but create some mental, emotional and physical space to really recharge and reconnect with what is important for you. So the rest of the day is spent relaxing in the living area, next to the pool and taking walks and sitting in different parts of the property that invite you to fully connect with nature and your self. In the afternoon you have chosen to join a Breathe Well workshop where you learnt how you can change your life one breath at a time, a worthwhile course as you start noticing changes in your day to day when you get back to your busy days - you are less stressed, more responsive instead of reactive and with a sense of the choices you have, replenished and happy.
