Spend your weekend at La Garrotxa with Rusticae

La Garrotxa, is a region located in the Catalan pre-pyrenees, in the province of Girona. The Alta Garrotxa presents a more abrupt landscape, with deep valleys surrounded by cliffs and rock walls. In contrast, the Lower Garrotxa has a smoother landscape, the valleys are flat and here is Olot, the capital of the region.
In La Garrotxa, there is the best example of volcanic landscape of the Iberian Peninsula with about 12 thousand ha of extension and up to 38 volcanic cones. In 1982 it was declared a Natural Land of National Interest.
